The IRS has extended the due date for filing and paying 2020 Individual income taxes until May 17th, 2021.
The Colorado Department of Revenue has also extended the due date for filing and paying income taxes to the May 17th date. If you need additional time you can file an extension on or before May 17th which will give you until October 15th to file your taxes. An extension does not, however, give you additional time to pay taxes that are owed.
